When will I get my certificate?

Attendance Certificates will be issued no later than Friday, May 29, 2026.

How will I get my certificate?

You will receive an email from credentials@airbarrier.org with a link to download your certificate.

Please ensure this email address is whitelisted by your company so the certificate can be delivered successfully.

When will my AIA credits be processed?

Your AIA credits will be processed no later than May 22, 2026. It typically takes at least 14 business days for the credits to be posted to your account.

What if I forgot to register during the conference? How can I complete a registration?

The registration form will remain open to the public until Friday, May 8 at 11:59 PM. If you need to register after this deadline, please contact conference@airbarrier.org to request the registration link.

What if I registered for a class and then did not attend?

You can inform ABAA staff by emailing them at conference@airbarrier.org.

Who should I contact if I did not receive my certificate by May 30?

Who should I contact about AIA credit processing?

Can I update my email after the conference?

Yes. If any of your contact information changes, please notify ABAA staff as soon as possible to ensure correct certificate delivery. You can inform ABAA staff by emailing them at conference@airbarrier.org.
